Rule 12
Proposals related to revival of sick industries should be submitted
: (1) Sick industries that want to be revived should submit proposals in the format prescribed by the committee to the Secretariat of the Fund for Revival of Sick Industries.
(2) The technical committee will study, investigate, analyze and evaluate the proposals received according to sub-rule (1).
(3) According to sub-rule (2), the technical committee shall submit to the committee the report containing the actual details and its recommendations from the study, investigation, analysis and evaluation.
